The City of Gold is my one hundredth kombucha flavour, crafted with saffron sourced from Kandy Spices. The base is a sencha with elderflower that carries delicate green tea aromatics, lifted by the floral depth and subtle warmth of saffron. The result is bright, elegant, and quietly luxurious.

Unfiltered, unpasteurized.

Notes: Gentle florals, soft citrus, mineral finish
