Formakivet Launch | Full Event Production at 3 Days of Design

For Formakivet, we curated a full hospitality and music experience across four days of taste, design and atmosphere. From morning to evening, we delivered: a kombucha bar and kombucha cocktails over sculptured ice with fresh garnishes, an oyster bar with fresh oysters and garnishes, craft beer thoughtfully selected on tap, speciality coffee and artisanal pastries, mini toasts, marinated olives and roasted almonds. Daytime playlists and evening soulful vinyl DJ sets each night were tuned to the energy of the space, paired with hi‑fi sound for flawless ambiance.

As the days unfolded, guests flowed through the space in magical ways, drawn by rhythm, warmth and hospitality. They lingered, connected and created personal moments within the larger story. The space lived and breathed with every guest who entered. Every element, from setup, hosting and flow management to execution and service, was handled by us to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
