DAMO at Streetfood Festival

After winning last year’s Streetfood Festival for best drinks with our kombucha cocktails and best food with VamosVamos’ tacos, a collaboration that transported guests straight to Mexico City, we asked ourselves: why change a winning formula?

This year, we pushed the concept further by creating a cocktail that captured the flavor of the tacos themselves. The result was El Pastor: Awry mezcal, taco syrup, coriander, cacao, hibiscus, Oaxacan chili, sea buckthorn kombucha, and MSG chorizo oil.

Paired with VamosVamos’ tacos and a fresh oyster bar, the weekend offered a fully immersive experience –bold flavors, dynamic music, and a lively, atmosphere, the kind of sensory storytelling that makes festival moments unforgettable.
