This flavour marks the closing chapter of my time in Herlev. It began with the ginger & turmeric shots my landlord produced in the space, a daily note of color and spice that became part of the rhythm there. As the lease now comes to an end, this kombucha holds that memory. Sencha brings clarity, turmeric offers warmth and depth, seabuckthorn adds bright acidity and pine gives a clean forest lift. A vivid, reflective blend made to honor where things started and where they are going.
